Renee Erickson: 6 Things You Don't Know about Me + My Favorite Fruit
- If I had to live in one country for the rest of my life, I would stay here in the Puget Sound Area… ideally on a beach on an island with a small farm.
- The last book I read was Gather by Gill Meller - a cookbook, of course.
- I have a BFA in Painting from the University of Washington.
- I spent an entire day last week trying to create the perfect plate, not in a restaurant, but in a ceramic studio!
- I love donkeys.
- I hate chili.
My favorite fruit... in the fall, is quince.
Smoked beef crepinette, escarole, bosc pear, preserved lemon & creme fraiche vinaigrette
