Renee Erickson: 6 Things You Don't Know about Me + My Favorite Fruit

  1. If I had to live in one country for the rest of my life, I would stay here in the Puget Sound Area‚Ķ ideally on a beach on an island with a small farm. fb_chefs_2016_renee.jpg
  2. The last book I read was Gather by Gill Meller - a cookbook, of course.
  3. I have a BFA in Painting from the University of Washington.
  4. I spent an entire day last week trying to create the perfect plate, not in a restaurant, but in a ceramic studio!
  5. I love donkeys.
  6. I hate chili.

My favorite fruit... in the fall, is quince.
