Who knew roasted plums with honey and thyme would taste so good? The honey helps cut the sourness of the plums and roasting make them soft and warm just like a dessert!
All you need is to slice up about 6 plums, mix them in 2tbsp of honey, 1 tsp of fresh thyme, and make them at 400F for about 20 minutes.
