Got a mystery apple? Want to confirm that the fruit tree you think you have is what you really have? Or need some quick advice on taking better care of your fruit and trees?

Bring your questions, fruit and photos to a free Fruit ID and Fruit Tree Care clinic, hosted by City Fruit.  You can get free expert advice from Lori Brakken (apple ID expert and landscape designer) and Barb Burrill (City Fruit tree care expert).

If you want your fruit identifiied, it's best to bring samples of the actual fruit.

1)  3-5 apples, with stems intact. Don't wipe or wash the fruit in any way.

2)  Include some leaves if possible.

3)  Bring all in a paper bag.

4)  Write on the bag this info:

         -  Date fruit was picked

         -  Estimated age of tree

If you don't have the actual fruit, bring photos showing closeups of the fruit as well as of the entire tree.
