City Fruit Celebrates!

Celebrates is City Fruit’s annual harvest gala, where we celebrate the harvest and honor the many community volunteers, donors, and partners that helped us make the year a success!

As a community-based non-profit organization, proceeds from the event directly support our harvest and orchard education endeavors.  It is through the support of individuals that we are able to continue our work for a just food system.

Planning for this year’s Celebrates gala is underway!  We welcome community members and local-area businesses to participate in the event by volunteering time or through in-kind donations for our silent auction or raffle.  We also seek sponsors for our cider tasting and dessert dash!  If you are interested in supporting us, please contact [email protected].  All donations are tax-deductible.

This year’s Celebrates will celebrate the tastes of the season — and an opportunity to see friends face-to-face again after two years of virtual events!  We’re rocking a 20s theme this year, because what better way to swing back from a pandemic than donning your best!  Join us on Thursday, October 13th at the Fremont Abbey (6:30-9pm) for a sampling of ciders or fruit-based beers from dozens of local cideries and breweries and a full dinner of seasonally prepared foods that highlight City Fruit apples.  In addition, dance with friends and have fun with a cocktail hour, silent auction, raffle, interactive games, and more!  Please check back for more information as event details are confirmed!  View our 2021 Celebrates postcard for a glimpse into last year’s cideries and desserts.

We are currently offering Early Bird Tickets at three levels through September 15th:

$140 – Full Price ticket.  Provides early admission (6 pm) to our cider tasting and supports reduced price tickets.

$105 – Regular Price.

$75 – Reduced Price.

$1,250 – Table of 10 tickets.  Buy a table and choose the friends and family you’ll sit with!
