DESCRIPTION:Join us for a tree planting event in partnership with the City of Kirkland and Tilth Alliance! We will be planting trees and berry bushes in various locations around the orchard. The park already has some historic fruit trees\, but we are planting additional fruit trees to diversify the varieties for community members to access! We will supply the necessary tools all sanitized and ready to go! SUMMARY:Pond Park Orchard planting (Part 2)
DESCRIPTION:City Fruit\, Seattle Housing Authority\, and High Point Open Space Association are excited to bring more fruit trees to the High Point community! On Saturday\, November 11th\, we planted five of the ten fruit tree saplings at the orchard site with the help of High Point neighbors! \nJoin us on December 9th from 10-12 pm to help plant the remaining five saplings\, including fig\, cherry\, and Asian pear!
