McAuliffe Park & Orchard Tree Planting

Join us for a tree planting event in partnership with the City of Kirkland and Tilth Alliance! We will be planting trees and berry bushes in various locations around the orchard. The park already has some historic fruit trees, but we are planting additional fruit trees to diversify the varieties for community members to access! We will supply the necessary tools all sanitized and ready to go! And like always, come prepared for rain or shine–dressed in closed toed shoes and clothes you are comfortable getting potentially a little dirty!

An alternative break group from UCLA will be kicking off the tree planting at the park from 10-1 pm.
