Grizzly Ciderworks

New on the cider scene as of 2013, Grizzly Ciderworks was started by Corey Haugen and Andy Petek. The two friends started as hobby cider makers, and thanks to their backgrounds in marketing, sales, and beverage distribution, made the foray into commercial cider making.

Grizzly Ciderworks is located in Woodinville, but source their apples from all over Washington State. All of their apples are hand-picked and immediately fresh-pressed at their harvest site. Grizzly has released six ciders over the past year – four ciders in their founder’s series as well as two additional relases.

Find their ciders in bars and stores throughout the Pacific Northwest!

Ciders at 2015 City Fruit Cider Taste:

The Ridge – dry fermented, made with a special blend of Northwest apples.

Woodlander – a wit-style cider, with strong fresh fruit characteristics.

The Bruin – Dark and dry-hopped, made with hops from the Willamette Valley.

Taste these ciders and more at City Fruit’s 5th Annual Cider Taste Fundraiser on November 12th at the Pike Place Atrium! Buy tickets here.
